We recently had a total bathroom refurbishment carried out by Joe & Tim of DSB Bathrooms, who were very hard working, tidy and conscientious. We are exceptionally pleased with the results and our new bathroom is truly amazing. We would also like to say a big thank you to Karl for his advice in the showroom and in our home helping with the choosing of all the fixtures and fittings. I would say the best building project we've encountered so far, and I can tell you there have been a few! From start to finish it was easy, professional and efficient. No hidden costs or nastiest, no extras, no long unexplained delays! Dan who fitted our bathroom was a pleasure to have around, friendly, professional, hard working. The quote process with Karl was not rushed, with different layouts considered and the chance to visit the show room to choose our units/panels/flooring in person, taking the time we needed. Dan, the 1 man installation team, has delivered us a bathroom meeting all of our fussy expectations, keeping us informed along the way and ensuring we were happy with where the alcove/toilet roll holder etc were placed. Even down to which silicone colour we wanted in different places! We are delighted with our new bathroom, and the couple minor snagging issues were sorted the day after mentiong them to DSB with a smile and some great football chat. Friendly, efficient service throughout the whole process from start to finish. DSB gave helpful input when arranging the design and fittings for our new bathroom. Timescales all met and communication by phone, and/or email before and after fitting has been excellent from Carl and Nick at the Newton Abbot showroom. We were really pleased with the attitude and conduct of the two fitters, Joe and Jamie, who were, friendly, approachable, professional and tidy. We have recently used DSB Bathrooms for a makeover of our existing bathroom and are very pleased with the overall experience. From my initial enquiry (which was answered quickly!), to meeting Dan who came to our house to quote and then John, our installer, who worked flat out, despite the heat! The whole experience was great from sales, the showroom and the friendly phone conversations.The shower team (sorry, I'm terrible with names) were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The onsuite shower room looks great! My wife loves it, particularly the marble effect walls. The plastic carpet covering used by the team to protect the carpet proved to be a very effective dog hair remover, I'm thinking of covering the whole house. To have a very small bathroom completely rebuilt to my own specifications (which were not easy) and to see the superb end result exactly as I wanted it deserves a mention for the very efficient and experienced team who tackled all the problems. (Simon and Jamie) Their communication with each other and us was excellent as was their sense of humour ! The quality of the workmanship was very high (old school) and at the end of each day the place was left clean and tidy. It also needs to be mentioned that "the DSB office" was brilliant at guidance and choosing the right products (Carl). Very happy with the result and we are planning to use the same company for a similar job elsewhere in the house.
