The Client Brief

The client wanted a stylish wet room that would offer improved accessibility while maintaining a contemporary appearance. The design included a spacious walk-in shower area, smart toilet technology, wall-mounted furniture, and premium tile finishes throughout.

Full Bathroom Strip-Out & Preparation

The project began with the complete removal of the existing bathroom, including sanitaryware, wall tiles, floor tiles, boxing, and mirror fittings. Existing lighting, extractor fan, ceiling, and structural elements were retained where possible.

All waste materials were removed and responsibly disposed of by DSB Bathrooms.

Wet Room Installation in Paignton

A major element of the project was the construction of the new wet room area. Works included:

• Installation of a linear drain system
• Formation of falls within the floor for efficient drainage
