Many thanks to all the team at DSB - from the initial visit by Karl and then the completion of the new bathroom installation by Martyn with the help of Kai who undertook a quite intensive fitting and coped with all the ‘hiccups’ that could have so easily derailed the whole plan with professional expertise and good humour which was much appreciated- the whole process has been so beneficial to have a bathroom that is now fully usable for my sister and looks really good too ! It was really good to have Martyn’s input as I was concerned that my sister may have been overwhelmed by the whole process of installation but his constant positivity and communication on the ongoing process allowed her to feel confident in the outcome. Plus the ongoing support is reassuring as any minor queries have been acted upon by both Karl and Martyn very promptly. Many many thanks

All of the team are amazing. Professional and friendly and I was kept informed all throughout the process.
Special mention to Simon, Jamie and Joe and the boss Dan too! They did everything they could to deliver me the best service and I can highly recommend this business.
I absolutely love my new bathroom! Thank you DSB!

Dan from DSB did the initial home visit and quote and then nursed us through to the final design choices. Every aspect of the fit was handled by them, including ordering and fitting some kitchen units, truly one stop shopping.
Simon and Jamie did the fitting and we were very impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and patience and good humour in explaining what they were doing and answering our myriad questions.
Would highly recommend without reservation.

We are extremely impressed with DSB bathrooms. Our experience has been absolutely flawless. From our first enquiry to fitting, the process has been smooth and highly professional with excellent communication from Dan and Nick throughout. The fitters, John and Jamie, worked so hard and finished the job to a high standard- ahead of schedule, which we are very grateful for - and they were very friendly and professional throughout the job. Would not hesitate to recommend DSB Bathrooms to anyone!
